Return and Exchange Policy

Cosmetics are considered personal hygiene products and are not eligible for the 7-day cooling-off (hesitation) period once the seal is broken. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.

To return an item, it must be in its original condition, including the product itself, packaging, and invoice.

Return and Exchange Process: To request a return or exchange, please email us at with your order number and photos of the product. Once we confirm that your request meets our return and exchange policy, our support team will inform you of the detailed process and things to note.

Please be reminded that under the following conditions, returns or exchanges will not be accepted:
1. The request for return or exchange is made more than 7 days (including holidays) after the cooling-off period.
2. The product has been opened or used.
3. The original invoice or receipt is lost.
4. Any free gifts (such as samples, travel sets, or other promotional items) that came with the product have been opened or used.
