Online Order

A: After the order is established, the system will send an order notification to your email.

A: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified, but you can cancel it before it is shipped.

A: We provide various payment methods, and you can choose the following payment methods regarding your needs:
1. PayPal
2. Green World Technology-credit card one-time payment (Visa, MasterCard, or JCB card in Taiwan only)
3. Green World Technology- Online ATM (Taiwan only)

Shipment & Return Policy

A: The shipping fee would depend on your delivery method.
The Express delivery service is 85 NTD per order provided by Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd.
If the order amount is beyond 3,000 NTD, you will enjoy free shipping on the main island of Taiwan (temporarily, not including outlying islands).
The In-store pickup service by 7-11 and Family Mart is 100 NTD per order, and the In-store pickup service for outlying islands would be 120 NTD.

A: Yes!We provide In-store pickup service with 7-11 and FamilyMart on the tiVukin's website.

A: Orders placed on the main island of Taiwan and delivered via Chunghwa Post's Express delivery service will arrive in 5 - 7 working days. However, in the case of force majeure, please refer to the actual delivery time of delivery service providers.

A: Beauty and skin care products are personal hygiene products. The 7-day appreciation period does not apply to opened/ damaged products.
Once the products are opened, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you need to apply for the services, please make sure to follow our return and exchange policy to protect your rights and interests:
1. Keep the products intact, including the product body, packaging, invoices, and gifts.
2. Contact service@tivukin.com and attach your order number and product photos within the appreciation period.
3. After confirming the policy is applied, we will inform you of the detailed procedures.
※ Please note that if any of the following circumstances occur, product returns or exchanges will not be accepted:
1. The appreciation period is exceeded when the request is made.
2. The product has been opened or used.
3. The original invoices are lost.
4. Additional gifts have been opened or used.

A: Once the return policy is confirmed, we will refund within 7 - 14 working days (excluding holidays) in the following ways:
1. PayPal: We will issue the refund through the system. Please note that if you use PayPal, the entire order must be returned and refunded together.
2. Credit card, online ATM: We will directly refund the money to the original payment account. Since each bank's settlement dates differ, please contact your bank if you have any questions about your account.
